During the intake interview, we explore the company’s challenges from different angles to discover the areas of opportunity. When the customer agrees with our approach, we typically can start very quickly using readily available data and operational results, as well as insight collected during shop floor visits and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. Using a combination of proven systematic approaches, we are able to form a complete picture and identify prioritized improvement strategies and initiatives in close collaboration with your future execution team. If desired, we can also act as project manager or as coach for your team during the implementation of the projects and familiarize your team with the tools that will enable them to maintain optimized performance in the future.
